北京量子信息科学研究院简介

北京量子信息科学研究院（以下简称“量子院”）于2017年12月24日成立，由北京市政府和中国科学院、清华大学、北京大学等高校院所共同组建。量子院实行理事会领导下的院长负责制，理事长为北京市副市长、市政府秘书长靳伟，薛其坤院士和向涛院士为联合院长。理事会设立设计评估委员会和审计委员会。成立学术顾问委员会，成员由6个国家的10位国际顶级科学家组成，其中2名为诺贝尔物理学奖获得者。

成立以来，量子院以建设战略科技力量为使命，坚持科技自立自强，瞄准世界量子物理与量子信息科技前沿、以及国家和北京市在量子信息领域的战略需求，聚焦量子信息科学重点方向，聚集全球顶尖科学家及其团队，搭建世界级科研实验平台，部署实施重大科技任务攻关。

组建专兼职相结合的科研团队。量子院设立量子物态科学、量子计算、量子通信、量子精密测量、量子材料与器件等5个研究部，微纳加工与测试平台等2个平台，1个技术与产业开发中心，1个量子工程研究部，7个职能部门。截止2021年5月，量子院已组建345人团队，其中专职232人，兼聘113人。专职科研人员200人，包括首席科学家2人、PI 25人、科研骨干47人、博士后65人、工程师53人和科研助理8人。打造了包括超导量子计算、拓扑量子计算、超快光谱学、原子系综精密测量、低维量子材料、高温超导、先进激光与超快光源应用研发等16支专兼职结合的科研团队，组建了高水平工程师队伍。

探索体制机制创新。探索“小核心，大网络”运行机制，与共建单位在人员兼聘、研究生培养、设备共享等方面，推进“共建共商共享”。探索建立与骨干龙头企业的产学研合作机制，并将通过与大企业建立联合实验室等方式，促进科学研究、企业需求和应用场景之间的有效对接。

取得一批重要科研成果。在超导量子计算、拓扑量子计算研究方面取得重要阶段性进展，研制出国际首台量子直接通信原理样机。与共建单位联合攻关35项科研课题，已在国内外重要刊物上发表高影响力论文60余篇。

“十四五”期间，量子院将进一步面向国家战略急需和国际科技前沿，推动量子院成为世界一流的研究机构，进一步探索国家实验室北京基地的运行机制，整合北京优势资源，努力实现更多“从0到1”的突破，实现关键核心技术的自立自强与占先领跑，为率先建成国际科技创新中心厚积力量。

BAQIS Brief Introduction

BAQIS was established on December 24, 2017. It is an innovative research institution initiated by Beijing Municipal Government and co-founded with China's top universities and research institutions such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc.

BAQIS encompasses four major research fields: quantum state of matter, quantum materials and devices, quantum computation and communication, and quantum precision measurement. In the meantime, it has developed two state-of-the-art experimental platforms to support the researches, i.e. the micro-nano processing platform and the synergetic testing platform.

To tackle the grand challenges in quantum science and technology, we are making every effort to bring together excellent researchers of all levels in a dynamic and inspiring environment. In BAQIS, Principal Investigators (PIs) enjoy the freedom of making independent decisions – from the selection of research topics, recruitment of team members, to budgeting and implementing research within the frame of designated fund. We have also implemented joint-appointment allowing researchers from collaborating institutions to take partial or full responsibility for the research projects funded by BAQIS. This has enabled researchers to benefit from multiple platforms and resources for their research, and also helped to consolidate talent around the major research projects which require concerted efforts of distinct expertise.

Postdoc Recruitment-Dr. Misawa’s group, Division of Quantum State of Matter

Open position: Postdoctoral researcher

Area: Condensed matter theory and related subjects

Job Description: Three postdoctoral researcher positions in theoretical condensed matter physics are available in Dr. Takahiro Misawa’s group (BAQIS), beginning in the winter of 2021. The successful candidate will be expected to perform theoretical and/or numerical studies in one of following topics:

1. Exotic quantum states of the matter such as high-Tc superconductivity and quantum spin liquids

2. Development of the numerical methods for treating the quantum many-body systems 

3. Quantum transport phenomena in topological materials with one of the following experiences would be a very strong plus:

(1) Development of numerical methods and/or software packages for quantum-many body systems (preferably correlated electron systems);

(2) Experience on ab initio calculations for electronic structures of solids;

(3) Experience on the applications of machine learning techniques and/or data scientific techniques.

Required Qualifications

PhD in physics or other related disciplines.

Salary

Appointments will be made with a 2-year initial contract, renewable up to 3 years depending on the performance. The initial pre-tax salary will be at least 300,000 RMB/year, up to 400,000 RMB/year.

量子工程研究部招聘微纳器件加工工程师（支持光量子通信与器件团队）

光量子通信与器件团队隶属于量子材料与器件研究部，团队集合了来自于牛津、剑桥、清华、中科院等科研院所的研究人员。该团队以量子密钥分发、全量子通信网络为研究重点，立足于解决量子通信与组网的实用化问题。

袁之良研究员任北京量子信息科学研究院材料与器件研究部首席科学家和光量子通信与器件团队负责人，致力于量子通讯用关键器件和前沿技术的研究。

重要科学成就有：

世界上第一只单光子发光二极管（2002，Science），第一个突破百公里量子通讯距离（2004，APL），第一个突破兆比特（2008，OE）和十兆比特（2017，JLT）量子密钥传输速度。发明自差分单光子探测器 （2006，APL）和直接相位调制光源 （2016，PRX）。量子网络应用（2013，Nature）和孪生光场量子密钥协议（2018，Nature）。其领导和开发的量子密钥装置十余年来一直保持最高成码率记录。

招聘方向介绍

利用量子叠加、量子纠缠和量子相干的量子三极管，不仅可实现传统三极管的开关和放大功能，还具备量子逻辑门和量子存储的功能，将有助于构建量子计算机和量子互联网。该方向以量子三极管为核心，致力于多光子纠缠态的制备、基于量子中继的量子网络和半导体量子处理器的研究与开发。本岗位的具体工作包括但不限于：

1. 制备高品质微柱型光学微腔，用于研制基于量子点单自旋的量子三极管，并以此为单元构建全光量子中继器和半导体自旋量子处理器。

2. 制备高品质的光子晶体，用于开展单个固态自旋与光学微腔和光波导相干相互作用的研究，尤其是针对手性和拓扑光子学性质，进一步提高量子三极管的性能以及探索新型量子光学器件。

3. 制备低损耗的Si基波导及谐振环，用于产生量子关联光子对。

备注：更看重半导体微纳加工的经验能力，对于项目的具体内容可以讨论交流。同时鼓励提出新想法，改进系统功能。

岗位要求 

1. 具有至少1-2年半导体微纳加工的经验；

2. 熟练使用电子束曝光机(EBL)，感应耦合等离子体刻蚀（ICP），反应离子刻蚀（RIE），等离子增强CVD，光刻，键合、封装等半导体加工工艺；

3. 有垂直表面激光腔（VECSELs）加工经验者优先；

4. 有光子晶体加工经验者优先；

5. 有Si基波导及谐振环加工经验者优先；

6. 具备独立攻关/团队协作和快速学习的能力；
