Qualification&Requirement
1.Candidates of UK/US/AUS/NZ/Ireland, aged 22-45
2.Bachelor degree or above (Notarized/Authenticated);

4.Minimum 1 year teaching experience (Preferred);

Job Description
Working Hours: 40 working hours based on 5 days/week, 8 hours/day. (2 days off during weekdays)
Teaching Hours: Up to 100 hours (no more than 25 hours per week). During peak seasons (July and/or August, January and/or February) there may be 20% raise in teaching hours according to center needs.
Length of Contract: Prefer Two-year renewable contract with three-month probation. Salary raise for second-year is based on the first-year performance and evaluation.
Class Size: 6-12 students aged 4-15 years

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: 22000-26000 before tax
Monthly Teaching Service Bonus:500RMB starting from the second year of employment. An additional 500RMB for each subsequent year.
Housing Allowance:4,000 RMB/month (depends on city)
Annual bonus: up to 110% of the one-month salary based on year-end Performance Evaluation.
