Beijing/Foshan:30K,Full-time IBDP ESL&literuare Teachers Wanted!

Job description:
1.Student age range: 2 – 6 years old.
2.Class size: 20 – 30 students in one class.
3.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
4.Curriculum: Multimedia based -<Scholastic Early English>.
5.Chinese Teaching Assistant: Have two and three Chinese teachers.
6.Work content detail: Organize activities of children's whole day, include teaching time, outdoor activity, learning center time, transition time, snack time, and the other class activities. Participate in teachers & parents meeting and activities which are held in the kindergarten.

7.Responsibilities for Teachers: As a teacher in our Kindergarten, you will be responsible for:
• Planning, evaluating, and delivering lessons;
• Introduce children to the disciplines of mathematics, language, science, and social studies;
• Use games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills;
• Cooperate with colleagues to plan and implement school activities both indoors and outdoors;
• Be responsible for children’s daily learning and living at kindergarten and ensure their safety;
• Write quarterly progress reports to record children’s development and communicate with parents on a regular basis.

Qulifications&Requirements:
1.Candidates of UK/US/AUS/CA/NZ/Ireland/SA, Aged: less than 50 years old.
2.Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.
3.Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).
4.Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.
5.Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.
6.Other: Organized team player, outgoing, friendly, patient and cares about children.

Salary&Benefits
1.Base Salary: 30K after tax or so, depending on candidate’s experience, education background and interview performance. Including:
 Housing: Monthly stipend RMB 3,000-4,000 after tax.
 Monthly bonus: RMB 1,000-2,000 after tax—calculated by teacher's performance data.

4.Airfare Bonus: USD 1100 (8,000 RMB) can be reimbursed when full filled contract.

Qualification&Requirements
•Candidates of UK/US/AUS/NZ/Ireland
•Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant major.
•Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience in IBDP schools, experience guiding students’ EEs and IAs is required.
•Flexibility to undertake more than one grade level.
•Care for all students in class and actively report concerns and accolades regarding students’ progress in class
•Be flexible, and assist with any other duties, tasks or jobs as may be reasonably requested by the management.
